My Story

In April, Ben, James, Dan, Dave and Keith will be lining up at the start of the London Marathon to raise money for Children with Cancer UK. 

We've all run this iconic course before. We know the excitement in Greenwich, the defeaning support across Tower Bridge, and the long, humbling stretch past Canary Wharf when your legs start asking serious questions! And yes.... we're all a little older than the first time we did it. 

Some might say we should know better by now.

But that's exactly why we are back. 

We're running because children facing cancer don't get the choice to opt out when things get tough. Every mile we run represents our commitment to help fund vital research, life-saving treatments, and support for families going through unimaginably difficult times. 

We may be creakier at the start line, slightly slower than we remember, and spending more time discussing recovery than personal bests... but we're just as determined.

Training is underway. Ice packs are on standby. Pride is at stake. 

Most importantly, we're doing this to make a real difference.
