My Story

One of 65 survivors chosen to help celebrate BHF's 65th Anniversay

The 65 honoured individuals will have a red BHF bench located in a significant location for them. As one such survivor I shall again be running The London Marathon. I have a long association with BHF, promoting their work and raising funds through sponsored events.

You can visit 'my' bench in Southall Park, West London. Why not come along one Saturday morning at 9.00 am and join the Parkrun community in running/walking 5k and do your heart a favour. I am there most Saturdays.
