For over 40 years, SIG Pathways to Independence has been a crucial support system for single people facing homelessness and mental health challenges in Kent and Medway.
Pathways' impactful services support over 200 people each year, helping them transition from vulnerability to independence. These services include safe accommodation, education and employment training, specialised counselling, peer mentoring, and collaboration with other support organisations.
To empower people to overcome homelessness and achieve lasting independence, Pathways equips them with essential skills, resilience, and self-reliance to develop effective coping strategies, foster supportive relationships, and improve their overall well-being. Through these efforts, Pathways facilitates their reintegration into the local community, helping them build a solid foundation for fulfilling and stable lives.
