Our mission is to champion food justice and advocate for a sustainable way of life for all.

GROW is a thriving agroecological farm that enriches the lives of all of those at The Totteridge Academy and wider Barnet community, prioritising those facing barriers to education, well-being, and employment. 

We cultivate knowledge, connection, and resilience through hands-on outdoor learning experiences. 

By modeling and sharing our work, we inspire and empower others to join the agroecological movement, driving positive change in food systems, biodiversity, education, and community.
