My Story

My name is Chris and I am the Farm Manager at GROW. I am incredibly excited to run the London Marathon for the charity I work for. I haven't run 26.2 miles before, but I have run a few half marathons... so fingers crossed the training does its job! My other aim is to beat my dad, mum and brother in laws times! But as with everything, it's the doing that matters more. 

I am fundraising for GROW to support the vision of agroecology to be embedded in every school and community, shaping a fairer food system for future generations. 

I am fundraising for GROW to support the mission of inspiring and driving the movement towards an agroecological future, championing food justice and a sustainable way of life for all. 

I am fundraising for GROW because of the change it makes to our communities' lives. Great or small it makes a difference. 

I am fundraising for GROW because my dad believed in the cause. 

The money will go towards continuing our educational programmes and running our agroecological farm.
