My Story

A year ago my Nephew Alfie was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma a form of eye cancer mainly found in children but rather rare.

he has been undergoing treatment for the last year at Birmingham childrens hospital but recieving amazing help and support from CHILDRENS EYE CANCER TRUST (CHECT), whom have literally saved the little mans eye.

Alfie is only 7 and is a little trooper taking all of this in his every stride while still undergoing treatment.

As a family we are forever greatful for the hard work of the staff in Birmingham Childrens hospital and all the support recieved from CHECT.

To help all we can,  I will be running the TCS LONDON MARATHON on Sunday 26th April 2026 and fundraising for CHECT.

Any donation will make a difference in helping not only alfie but other children unfortanate enough to have been diagnosed with eye cancer.

I have kick started the fundraising my self as a personal thank you by donating £1000.00.

Thank you for reading and please do donate. :)
