My Story

Calling all wallets, this is not a drill or a prank – I’ve signed up for the London Marathon (and no, I haven’t been hacked either).

Yes, you read that right. Me. 26.2 miles. My first ever marathon. Madness? Probably. Worth it? Absolutely.

I’m running in support of Ambitious about Autism, an incredible charity that transforms the lives of autistic children and young people. They fight for better opportunities, raise awareness, and help provide the support every autistic child deserves.

My biggest inspiration is my 5-year-old superstar, George. Life isn’t always easy, but he faces every challenge head-on with bravery, resilience and humour. If George can navigate the world while still finding his voice, then I can put one foot in front of the other for 26 miles.

Now, here’s the spenny bit – I’ve got a £4,000 fundraising target. That’s where you come in. Big donations, small donations, sofa-change donations – every penny counts and goes straight to Ambitious about Autism.

So please, dig deep and help me turn sweat, tears (and probably blisters) into something amazing.
