My Story

I'm taking part in the London Marathon to raise money for Ambitious about Autism.

A suspected 1 in 100 people in the UK are autistic. Autistic children and young people face enormous challenges due to a lack of understanding of their needs. Early intervention and support are critical for autistic young people. With your support, Ambitious about Autism can raise awareness, challenge misrepresentations, and create a world where every autistic child and young person can be themselves and realise their ambitions.

Ambitious about Autism was founded in 1997 by a group of parents determined to improve education opportunities for their children. This pioneering spirit has remained at the heart of the organisation as it has evolved and grown into the national charity standing with autistic children and young people. Today, the charity runs several specialist schools and colleges and national employment and youth programmes for autistic young people up to the age of 25.

Please join me in supporting their work. Thank you!
